Jeff Muschik

Jeff Muschik was an outstanding high school, ODP and college soccer player, but he has really made his mark as a professional referee. He was a three-year letterman and two-year team captain at Linganore, where he holds the career record for assists. He was Frederick County's defensive player of the year his senior season and a second-team all-state honoree. Muschik played for NCAA Division I Winthrop, where he was a two-year team captain and College Soccer Academic All-America in 1998 and 1999.

Muschik became a US Soccer Federation certified official in 2003 at age 23, became a professional referee in 2005 and has officiated MLS matches since 2007. His first international match was a 2005 meeting between the US Women's National Team and Mexico. He has officiated more than a dozen international matches as assistant referee and has been an NCAA Division II (2012) and Division I (2013, 2014) national championship/Final Four referee. He officiated the 2015 MLS All-Star Game.
