Jackie Eskay has been coaching youth soccer for more than 25 years, and she holds leadership positions with the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association and United Soccer Coaches Foundation. For the past 16 years, Eskay has served in a director/head coach role with FC Frederick with an emphasis on the U5-Ul 1 ages. She has worked with more than 6,000 local youth players during the early stages of their development, and more than 60 have gone on co collegiate soccer careers.

Eskay holds a USSF/US Soccer National "D" and a National Youth coaching license. In addition, she has earned several diplomas through United Soccer Coaches/NSCM. She has been the MSYSA West Regional Commissioner since 2016 and has been active in several communities and the Maryland State Cup. As a member of the USC Foundation Committee, Eskay reviews grant applications, oversees the yearly reception at the USC Coaches Convention and helps with strategic planning.
